Our process team comprises of Scientists and chemists that have a strong background of CDMO, Med-chem, API-intermediate development and speciality chemical manufacturing.
We also conduct HazOp studies at prelimary stages to identify the roadblocks in developing a robust process, we also have a simulation lab in place which can replicate all the conditions that we may come across while we do a tech transfer to plant, this enables to identify bottle necks and other issues that may crop up during commercial manufacturing
It is important that we get involved at the initial stages of development as large part of project costing is determined through design decisions. But, we do support in problem solving in various stages as well, as in a lot of situations which may be caused by non-availability of facility or resources or lack of capability.
